Refund Policy
In the case of Events that are Rescheduled and/or Cancelled by Kerry’s Place Autism Services
• Rescheduled Event:
  You will be contacted with a new date and time. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled date, upon your request, you will receive a refund for the full registration fee paid for the event using your purchase payment method.
• Cancelled Events:
  You will automatically receive a full refund of fees paid using your purchase payment method.
In the case of cancellation by a delegate:
• Notice period:
  If you request to cancel a registration and receive a refund of fees paid you must contact Kerry’s Place Autism Services with this request 30 days prior to the event date.
• Refunds:
  Registration fees for a conference are refundable if made as set out above, and will be subject to a 20% processing fee.

Registration fees for a conference cancelled after the notice period and/or because of non-attendance will not be refunded.
Processing Time
  • Registrations qualifying for a refund will take from between 2 to 4 weeks to be processed.
